Attend to reception at Counselling Centre including tending to walk-in clients, answer telephone queries, and respond to email enquiries daily
Ensure smooth operation of appointment bookings by daily monitoring of centre booking portal, including calling clients to reschedule/cancel/book new appointments.
Troubleshoot service-related problems, resolve admin and client issues, coordinate with staff and clients.
Provide basic technical support to staff and students regarding login to C-three system.
Create and set-up Registration Form, Feedback form. Test QR code and link for workshops and programs organised by the Centre
Set up the rooms, oversee logistics and support admin/ops for Centre programs and events, ensuring smooth setup, and effective engagement with students/public.
Requirements:
2- 3 years' relevant working experience in administrative areas.
Prior working experience in a school/polytechnic or University environment will be advantageous.
Service related/client facing work experience is preferable.
Good time management, follow through deadlines
Effective interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English.
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom
Able to work evenings occasionally.

Working hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm
