To receive, sort and distribute documents, mail from logistic companies to respective department
Approval / Franking of outgoing mails, coordinate the collection of outgoing mails/documents/parcels with logistics companies
Provide customer service and accurate information about medical centre
Provide administrative support including data entry, office equipment, inventory management and uniform management
WORKING HOURS:
5.5 days OFFICE HOURS
8am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
8am - 12.30pm (Sat Alternate)
WORK PLACE:
Outram
