What you will be working on:
SEP Related Responsibilities: o Manage query and grant management processes for the Sport Education Programme (SEP), ensuring smooth operations for schools and service providers o Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analysing feedback and programme data to identify enhancement opportunities o Proactively propose innovative solutions and fresh approaches to strengthen programme offerings o Work collaboratively with the team to streamline processes and implement new programme components o Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness o Maintain comprehensive programme records and ensure database accuracy for effective tracking and reporting Other Responsibilities: o Design and support schools outreach initiatives such as the GetActive! Singapore. o Support the co-ordination and administrative processes for other Schools Programme Partnership and Engagement (SPPE) programmes
What we are looking for:
Job Requirement: o Relevant experience in programme planning and execution, and working with children/educators would be advantageous o Believes in the value of sport for holistic development of children and youth o Strong communication skills, both written and spoken o Possess a good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint o Meticulous, detailed and a good team player o Self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently o Learning and growing mindset
