The staff will be required to understand the different facilities under Global Margin Lending (GML) from system and recognizes the different legal documents that are tagged under them
The staff will be required to retrieve/ scan/ upload the existing legal documents in full and filed under the correct doc ID/ doc Type to system (documentum).
Perform checking for quality/ clear scanning, and reconciliation activities.
The Job
Scheduling of meetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests, etc.
Physical retrieval, indexing, scanning, photocopying and re-packing of documents
Raising purchase orders, invoices processing
Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials
Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence / mails / faxes / billings
Any other adhoc duties assigned
