Call Centre in healthcare institute - Patient Information Associate
Mon to Friday: 8am-5pm / 830am-5.30pm
Alternate Saturday: 8am-12pm/830am-12.30pm
Mostly Mon-Fri, but must be open to alternate saturday half day when required/not enough manpower
Salary : 1.8k-2k
JD:
- Replying emails and responding to patient enquiry
- Perform appointment-booking duties (i.e to make, change and cancel appointments for patients).
- Coordinate appointment with other departments and doctors in the hospital where possible.
- Answer phone calls using KTPH telephone standards, handle enquiries, record and convey messages.
- Contact and follow-up with clinic on patient\'s request
- Print out all daily appointment lists for doctors.
- Assist the supervisor in day-to-day operations and management.
- Any other general duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
