Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers\' enquiries and feedback across all business channels
  • Execute outgoing servicing calls to new and existing customers and update details
  • Perform administrative tasks such as update interaction records into the system.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N / \'O\' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
  • Ability to organise, plan and implement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
