Respond to inquiries and requests from phone calls and emails
Maintain a professional and timely communication with customers through these channels in a fast-paced environment, according to the required service level agreements
Offer precise, customized, and proactive service that results in complete issue resolution
Take appropriate measures to ensure that the customer\'s issue is resolved during the first call within the designated response time
Ensure that customer problems are addressed and follow up with them through phone and email when necessary
Record all customer interactions in the system accurately and legibly, and track these cases until they are resolved
