- You will represent the clinic as a front-line support staff
- Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
- Counter duties - Patient registration / Schedule appointment
- HealthierSG duties
- Promote HealthierSG (HSG) enrolment
- Attend to HSG queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
- Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
- Keep track of enrolment numbers
- Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
- Assist with crowd control
- Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE \'N\'/\'O\'/\'A\' / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- Able to commit for 3months
