Job scope:
- To receive, sort and distribute courier documents, mail from logistic companies to respective department
- To carry out franking of outgoing mails, coordinate the collection of outgoing mails/documents/parcels with logistics companies
- To support medical centre in responding to the various emergency
- Provide customer service and accurate information about medical centre
- Provide administrative support including data entry, office equipment, inventory management and uniform management
