Working Days & Hours:
5.5 days work week arrangement, on shift work, includes weekends & Public Holidays
Location: West Mall (Beside Bukit Batok MRT Station)
Job Scope:
- Lead the customer service team to deliver quality customer service
- Oversee the customer service counters to ensure proper housekeeping and smooth daily operations
- Duty roster planning, updating and checking of the attendance records of the customer service team
- Assist in the execution of the mall\'s promotion and redemption programs, member redemptions, and sale of shopping vouchers
- Handle shoppers\'/ tenants\' feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
- Conduct verification and audit to check for authenticity of redemptions
- To perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
- Update of tenant\'s contact list.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P
- Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
- Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
