Job opportunity:

- Salary up to $2500 with $300 Completion Bonus
- 3 months contract
- Location: Central
- Diploma in any field of studies
- Good communication and written skills
- Have Prior experience in roster planning
- Assist with roster planning of office receptionist - 5 to 6 headcounts
- Staff administrative follow-ups.
- Assist with Claims and Service recovery management.
- Liaise with internal team on internal application and system usage
- Address and handle feedback received via all communication channels.
- Conduct Internal Control Checks on suspected fraudulent Accounts
- Conduct Monthly random receipt audit to ensure the receipt processing team is following the Company SOP
