Provide a high level of professional customer service while replying to enquiries across CSC Service Touchpoints (feedback, email and calls) within Service Level Agreement . Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly . Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage . Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups Job Requirements . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with relevant working experience . Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills . Possess ability to multitask and work independently .
