Provide a high level of professional customer service while replying to enquiries across CSC Service Touchpoints (feedback, email and calls) within Service Level Agreement
Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with relevant working experience
Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills
Possess ability to multitask and work independently
Good analytical and communication skills
