Job Description
:
- Working Location: Central / North / East / West
- Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour
- Able to commit immediately till end August / September 2023
- Office Hours
- Assist customers with their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
- NO SALES INVOLVED
- Training will be provided
- GCE \xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level and above
- Preferably with Customer Service experience in the service industry
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills

Job Requirements:
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/Degree and/or relevant work experience
- CEI certified
- Must be currently based in Singapore
- Good sales skills
- Can do attitude
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
