Requirements\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma\xc2\xb7 Customer oriented\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communications skillsCustomer Service\xc2\xb7 Assist external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter\xc2\xb7 Provide simple course advising\xc2\xb7 Act as the gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre\xc2\xb7 Assist with general enquiries as roving staff\xc2\xb7 Guide applicants through full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using self-help PCs/laptops at the counter\xc2\xb7 Handle certificate collection at the counterInformation Management\xc2\xb7 Access and input data into the CRM system, in-house student records system, and queue management systemAdministrative Duties\xc2\xb7 Support daily operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre\xc2\xb7 Assist with document filing\xc2\xb7 Maintain, update, and organise departmental forms and records\xc2\xb7 Assist with data entry tasks\xc2\xb7 Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
