:As a Temp Event Staff at The Closet Lover, you will focus on providing the best TCL customer experience for every customer.Event Dates: 29 and 30 June 2024Time: 9:15am to 9:30pmWorking Location: Central AreaThis position is paid hourly.As a Temp Event Staff, you will be responsible for:
- Provide warm, spirited and empathic service to customers at the event
- Embody TCL culture and communicate it to fellow team members and customers
- Communicating with customers and collaborating with the team
- Assist customers in fitting room area
- Organising and preparing of stocks
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Fond of TCL products and fervent of the brand
- A believer of TCL vision and mission
- Great at communicating and have some experience in any customer-service focused environment / retail industry
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to commit to event dates and time
