Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.What you will be working on:Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and support the query and grant management processes for the Sport Education Programme (SEP) to ensure smooth operation for schools and service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage online and offline platforms for engagement of schools, including creating and updating marketing content, collaterals and outreach events and briefings \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and implement data collection methods and support the data analysis process for the Schools Programme Partnership and Engagement (SPPE) programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and support schools outreach initiatives such as GetActive! Singapore, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the co-ordination and administrative processes for SPPE programmesWhat we are looking for:Requirement: As part of the Children & Youth Programme Development Division in the Sport Development Group, this role will be responsible for leading digital content production, marketing communications as well as digital asset management and operations for our B2B and B2C stakeholders/target audience i.e., parents, preschools, educators etc. This role is also responsible for leading the outreach initiatives for our programmes and support programme development with like-minded partners to increase opportunities for children, youth and parents to participate in sport. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or bachelor\'s degree, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in programme planning and execution, and working with children/educators would be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Believes in the value of sport for holistic development of children and youth \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills, both written and spoken \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a good level of proficiency in excel and powerpoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, detailed and a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning and growing mindsetAbout Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
