People development is key to support the transformation of ActiveSG 3.0. ATC channels dedicated resources in capability development to foster a learning culture, deliver robust training programmes and offer wide range of learning activities and resources in an integrated and collaborative manner. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Shortlist and evaluate of training courses and programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and Training Partners Conduct periodic evaluation and review to maintain currency and relevancy \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate learning activities and administration, track hours and post-learning obligations \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-develop learning resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the ATC Team in implementation of its policies and programmesWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Sport, Social Science, Learning & Development, Coaching and Instructional Design \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing policies and programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in design of curriculum design, delivery and assessment in the areas of coaching, learning or training and development \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Technology savvy \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent \xe2\x80\xa2 Has Passion for learning and development \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills (written and oral) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
