Job Description
Duration: 11 Months Contract
Workdays and Time:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: $2800 to $3450 per month
Location: Pasir Panjang
:
- Monitor e-invoice inbox and provide timeline reply.
- Monitor registration stats.
- Assist in chasing service providers for reports, submissions for accreditation and renewals.
- Ingest, aggregate, process, format and clean data on regular basis to support data analysis work using basic desktop software.
- This includes processing thousands of records and monthly reports from more 35 providers.
- Good skills in using desktop-based tools like Excel and Word
- Familiar with some form of technical area (e.g. ICT, engineering)
- An organized individual
- Some supervisory skills preferred
