URGENT
Location : Jem (Jurong East)
Position : Temp Executive (Finance/Ops) \xe2\x80\x93 Finance Dept/Ops Planning & Contingency Corporate Development Division/Join Operations Division
Contract period : 6 + 5 months
You will be part of the finance and ops division to manage verification and processing of transactions.
Duties
- Verify supporting documents (e.g. invoices, goods receipt notes, purchase orders) to ensure accuracy in account payables and/or receivables.
- Liaise with partners (e.g., vendors) to seek clarifications where needed.
- Processing of ops permits, licenses, including applications and terminations.
- Track and manage online repository for finance and ops documentations.
- Any other duties and ad-hoc projects
- Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or finance work. Budget approx up to $14.20 per hour, negotiable depending on your experience
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
- A good team player and also able to work independently
