Location : College Road
Position : Temp Executive - Internal Audit Office
Contract Duration: Start Date: Immediate for 12 months
- Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.
- Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.
(Degree with at least 2 years of work experience)
(Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)
Working Days (5-day work week)
- Monday to Thursday (9.00am to 6.30pm)
- Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
This is an individual contributor role within MOH's internal audit team. The scope of work is to assist the IAO team to perform financial, compliance and process audits according to the annual audit work plan. The officer is to conduct independent reviews of the Ministry's functions with the objectives of ensuring that internal controls are in place, adherence to regulations and procedures, as well as reliability of financial records.
Job Requirements (to input any required fields of study and mandatory skills)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with degree in accountancy or finance, or equivalent
- Professional qualifications such as CA / CIA would be beneficial
- At least 2 years of working experience in audit (internal audit preferred)
- Proficiency in the use of data analytics tools would be an advantage
- Self-driven individual, meticulous and resourceful and is able to work independently and yet function as a good team player
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and interact with management and staff across different levels
