Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.What you will be working on:Role & Responsibilities: You will be part of the Swim Safer Team assisting in the development and delivery of programmes and enhancing the experiential sporting experience to Singaporeans, by innovating, promoting and delivering the programme through the creation of policies and networking with various key partners and stakeholders to leverage on each other\'s strength and resources, contributing to a healthy and socially connected nation. Your duties will also include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Admin of SportsSG Swimsafer 2.0 Support Remediation Programmes FY2024 administration and coordination for up to 14,000 MOE student participants \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead IT specialist for SportSG and GovTech Salesforce-FileSG transition system integration and development FY2024 \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the SwimSafer 2.0 Instructor and Assessor Renewal Administration and Course Coordination with partner NSA Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) FY2024 \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Morpho and Ascend system integration planning for SwimSafer Service Provider as well as Coaches certification, schemes and passes \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the team on all service providers, instructors and assessors knowledge management, data tracking or analytics including SwimSafer participant and assessment statisticsWhat we are looking for:Job Requirement: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary Education (Additional qualification in sports development, physical education and/or sports management/sciences is advantageous) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or swimming/aquatics \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player with a passion for sport \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independentlyAbout Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
