Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: Programme Management: Facilitate the programme operations and ensure delivery of ActiveSG Football Academy programmes Create ActiveSG Football Programmes seasonally on ActiveSG+ Compile participant demographics and attendance for the KPIs of the ActiveSG Football Academy Inventory Management: Responsible for accountability of logistics and the team's inventory for annual audit Purchase equipment necessary for the smooth execution of programmes Coordinate with equipment contractors to do regular equipment maintenance works Coach Management: Gather documents and the recruitment process of new Assistant Coach applicants Attend to Assistant Coaches\' payroll enquiries Facilitate sending coaches to courses made available to them Communications & Marketing: Responsible for social media presence of ActiveSG Football Academy Respond to public queries on ActiveSG Football Academy generic email Build up ActiveSG Football Academy's digital assets Reach out to a greater number of followers on social media Create / Maintain a Library of quality images to use for social media posts Ad-hoc matters: Assist Academy Principal with other ad-hoc assignments, such as secretariat work and documenting meeting minutesWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Education qualification in sports development, physical education and/or sports management/sciences will be advantageous. Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or football. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders. Strong team player with a passion for football. Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
