Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: Programme Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the programme operations and ensure delivery of ActiveSG Football Academy programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Create ActiveSG Football Programmes seasonally on ActiveSG+ \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile participant demographics and attendance for the KPIs of the ActiveSG Football Academy Inventory Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for accountability of logistics and the team\'s inventory for annual audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Purchase equipment necessary for the smooth execution of programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with equipment contractors to do regular equipment maintenance works Coach Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather documents and the recruitment process of new Assistant Coach applicants \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to Assistant Coaches\' payroll enquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate sending coaches to courses made available to them Communications & Marketing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for social media presence of ActiveSG Football Academy \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to public queries on ActiveSG Football Academy generic email \xe2\x80\xa2 Build up ActiveSG Football Academy\'s digital assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Reach out to a greater number of followers on social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Create / Maintain a Library of quality images to use for social media posts Ad-hoc matters: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Academy Principal with other ad-hoc assignments, such as secretariat work and documenting meeting minutesWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Education qualification in sports development, physical education and/or sports management/sciences will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or football. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player with a passion for football. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant\'s experience and track records.
