Successful candidate will be offered a 12-months contract.What you will be working on:Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Lead, the Temp Staff\'s main responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for SportCares, enhancing brand visibility and community engagement through compelling messaging and media outreach. This contribution ensures effective communication of SportCares\' goals and activities, advancing its mission of leveraging sports for positive social impact across diverse audiences. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop communication strategy which aligns with SportCares\' mission and resonate with diverse community segments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and publish articles/blog posts/social media posts/newsletters/videos, to increase brand awareness and enhance community understanding and support of SportCares\' mission and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with media partners, monitor media coverage and respond promptly to media inquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange interviews, features, and speaking engagements for SportCares\' spokespeople and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather feedback from stakeholders on communication strategies and materials to continuously improve and ensure consistency in branding and messaging clarity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies in achieving redefined communication objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare insightful reports and presentations demonstrating the impact and ROI of communication efforts on SportCares\' overall mission and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend strategic adjustments and refinements based on performance analysis and stakeholder feedback.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, you should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 2 years\' experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across diverse demographics, including vulnerable children & youth, families, PwDs, and/or seniors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and content management systems to optimize online visibility and engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of Singapore\'s sporting ecosystem and social service landscape. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in programme design, monitoring & evaluation is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in the social service sector is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, within team and across organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills - articulate speaker and proficient writer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsive to dynamic changes and takes initiative.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
