Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Lead, main responsibility is to support the work of the Programme Innovation Team 1 in the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of sport programmes and other initiatives to improve the lives of underprivileged and at-risk children & youth, and isolated seniors in our community, in line with SportCares/SportSG vision and mission to change lives through sport. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementation of various programmes and projects, such as SportCares Champions Leadership Programme (SCLP), SportCares Mentorship Programme (SMP), YouthUP programme and Volunteering projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely and carry out regular check-ins with stakeholders (eg. mentors, mentees, coaches, vendors and beneficiaries) \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team in engaging partners, as part of outreach and engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the team in other duties such as maintaining database, content creation, venue booking, booking of transport, creation of POs and payment processingWhat we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 1 year of experience in organising and implementing programmes and outreach to vulnerable children & youth, families, and Persons with Disability (PwD) and/or Seniors \xe2\x80\xa2 Understands the important role of sport in helping vulnerable and at-risk communities, and persons with disabilities and special needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in programme design, monitoring & evaluation is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in the social service sector is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 An understanding of Singapore\'s sporting ecosystem and social service landscape \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, within team and across organisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills - articulate speaker and proficient writer \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsive to dynamic changes and takes initiativeAbout Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
