6 Months Temp Group Brand and Communications

Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30AM-6PM

JD: Editorial Support

(A) The work of GBC’s Editorial Team requires the robust and dedicated support of a colleague who can facilitate:

• The sustaining, improving and validating of the Bank’s written customer communications (by performing administrative, secretariat-support and scrutineering duties);
• The production of Teller, the Group’s news portal (by performing editorial support and technical duties);
• The progress of the Archival project (by performing curatorial and filing duties).

Depending on the strengths of the colleague, he/she may assist in the functions of the permanent team members.

(B) The role requires:
1. Meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.
2. Willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
3. Solid administrative/organisational ability.
4. An advantage: Good writing and editing skills.
5. Strong advantage: Familiarity with digital tools like blog publishing & video editing, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
6. Ability to multitask, adapt to evolving needs and work to deadline.
7. Readiness to carry out special projects that may involve taking on independent responsibilities.

No experience required. Good for those who wish to gain experience and exposure in marketing!
