Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance for Associates Policy operations.
Data Migration and Patching: Manage the migration of data to the new DLE system, including thorough manual checks, data cleaning, and validation.
Programme Support: Coordinate and provide logistical and administrative support for in-house programmes, including AI, data workshops, and induction sessions.
Record Management: Update and maintain training records in the HRP system.
Communications Design: Support in the design of Capability Update EDMs and related communications materials.
General Administration: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in training support or HR administrative functions preferred.
Skills:
o Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication abilities.o High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
