Job Description

Location: Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay
Working Day: 5 Days work week
Contract Duration: 3 months
Jobs Responsibilities:
Casual Hiring
- Liaison between hiring divisions and manpower agencies
- Keeping track of hiring requests
- Facilitate onboarding and outboarding of casual officers
- Monitor the contract expiry of casual officer
- Verification of monthly billing reports
Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding
- Shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.
- Manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
- Track employee contracts
Publicity
- Prepare EDM (electronic direct mail) for circulation
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
Prior experience in HR / Stakeholders (internal and external) management is useful
Comfortable with MS Office
Knowledge of Canva preferred
