Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities You will assist in managing all HR functions, including but not limited to the following:
- Talent Attraction
- Learning and Development
- Performance Management
- Staff Engagement and Retention
- Onboarding and Exit Management
- Code of Conduct and Discipline Issues
- HR Operations and Administration, including Payroll
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma
- Experienced in job area is important.
- Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. An understanding of both private and public sector HR practices will be advantageous.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills.
- Be a self-starter who is able to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Be attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
