Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform VMware / Nutanix security configurations and automation using open source tools
- Perform hardening and architecting security within VMWare / Nutanix Cloud, Linux and Windows environments, including performing regular OS and application patching
- Detect, investigate, manage and remediate security events and incidents
- Analyse software-centric threat models and advise on mitigation for vulnerabilities
- Create impact analysis reports on vulnerability advisories
- Track software End-of-Support/Service Life and assist in performing system migrations where required
- Diploma in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields
- Interest in Cybersecurity and network infrastructure
- Working knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results
- Working Hours: Mon-Thu (8.30am – 6pm), Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Work Day: Mon-Fri
- Work Location: HDB Hub (Primary) / HDB Centre of Building Research (Secondary)
- Contract Period: 12 months
- Salary Rate: $12/hr
