Duration: 6-month contract
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs : 8.30am to 6pm / Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope
- Identify list of contracts from infopedia.
- Retrieve list of information from Contract Annex and excel.
- Paste information into another excel file and create database with search function.
- Building an excel database for all contracts with listed inventory details
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications to search, extract and formulate simple database
- Excel knowledge like pivot table, search value. Able to toggle between few documents to search for information to build the master data.
