Role:Temp Manager (Volunteer Engagement and Partnership - Team Nila)Contract Period :12 MonthsSalary:Up to $5000/mth based on qualification and expereinceWorking hours:0900-1830 (Monday to Friday), Required to work weekends and after office hours to support events (where applicable)Roles & Responsibilities:

• To design, conceptualize and operationalize programmes so as to engage and empower

volunteers to support national and local sports events; make plans to increase volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 recruitment, opportunities, participation and contribution of individuals and partners in sport volunteerism.

• To work with volunteers, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and partners that offer

meaningful opportunities for volunteers to give back through sport.

• To work closely with Capabilities Development Team to curate intended experiences for

volunteers through structured learning and development and a better match of opportunities tovolunteer skill sets and interests.

• To assist in the mapping and understanding stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s landscape to develop effective

engagement and partnership strategies to build a community of collaborative partners

• To establish strategic and potential projects/programmes with other agencies and key partners

through Team Nila\xe2\x80\x99s 5 Giving Platforms

• To work closely with Team Lead and Div Head to better manage and optimize allocated resources

in reaching out to more Team NilaRequirements:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.The ideal candidate should possess the following:A general degree in any discipline

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in volunteer management

• Good working knowledge of statistical or data analysis software

• Strong Project management, organisation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation

abilities

• Experience in planning and financial management

• Able to shape behaviour and influence desired outcome

• Able to lead and work well in teams, multi-task and adapt to change

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently

• Able to engage and communicate with people from diverse social economic backgrounds,

different ethnic groups and demography

• Dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work

excellence
