Team Nila is a National Movement to inspiring the Singapore Spirit and Transform Singapore through Sport. Comprehensive strategic plans need to be developed in order to engage, enrich and empower Team Nila effectively to be the positive driving force in the community. Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To design, conceptualize and operationalize programmes so as to engage and empower volunteers to support national and local sports events; make plans to increase volunteers\' recruitment, opportunities, participation and contribution of individuals and partners in sport volunteerism. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work with volunteers, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and partners that offer meaningful opportunities for volunteers to give back through sport. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with Capabilities Development Team to curate intended experiences for volunteers through structured learning and development and a better match of opportunities to volunteer skill sets and interests. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in the mapping and understanding stakeholder\'s landscape to develop effective engagement and partnership strategies to build a community of collaborative partners \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish strategic and potential projects/programmes with other agencies and key partners through Team Nila\'s 5 Giving Platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with Team Lead and Div Head to better manage and optimize allocated resources in reaching out to more Team NilaWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: A general degree in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in volunteer management \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge of statistical or data analysis software \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Project management, organisation and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in planning and financial management \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to shape behaviour and influence desired outcome \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead and work well in teams, multi-task and adapt to change \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to engage and communicate with people from diverse social economic backgrounds, different ethnic groups and demography \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence \xe2\x80\xa2 Value teamwork Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
