Job Title: Temp Officer, Accreditation & CPE Division / TCMPB
Company: Secretariat of Healthcare Professional Boards, Singapore Medical Council
Contract period : Immediate (6months)
Location: Kim Keat Road
Salary:
- Diploma Holder: SGD 13.60 per hour
- Degree Holder: SGD 18.50 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Lunch : an hour
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Attend to email enquiries relating to practitioners' Practising Certificate (PC) renewal applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims, events, and applications.
- Process PC renewal and CPE-related applications, claims, and events.
- Monitor and report system-related issues (if any) to IT.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree Holder.
- Proficient in written and spoken
- Previous working experience in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
