Job Title: Temporary Officer (CED)
Work Location: Kim Keat Road
Contract Duration: 7-12 months
Hourly Pay Rate:
Diploma (3-5 years' experience) - $13.60/hour
Degree - $18.50/hour
Working Days & Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiries Mailboxes

Triage 9 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
Respond to enquiries from registrants, Members of Public covering registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints and General enquiries.

2. Pledge Ceremonies

Respond to email enquiries related to Pledge Ceremonies
Draft email invitations to doctors, VIP guests
Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
Assist officers to source for vendors
On-site administrative and logistics support on event day, if necessary
Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
Update pledge attendance in each registrant's PRS record after event

3. Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars/notices
4. Admin and any other duties as assigned by supervisor: assist officers to prepare documents for procurement of events management and design services, sending of corporate e-greeting cards.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree, preferably in Mass Communication or Business Management
Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events, communications projects, and website/content development
Proficient in IT and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
