URGENT
Job Title: Temp Personnel Officer (Talent Management), Talent & Performance Division
Contract - (12 months)
Monthly Salary Range: $2,800 $4,200 (commensurate with qualifications experience)
Location: Irrawaddy Road
Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

Fridays: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Saturdays & Sundays: Off

As part of the Talent and Performance Division in the Manpower Department, you will play a supporting role in the development and administration of key HR processes and policies related to talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Monitoring manpower situation and proactively planning for manpower support
Data tracking and management of Sponsorship and Scholarship databases using Microsoft Excel
Administration of the Annual Security Declaration and other compliance-related processes
Administration of the Employment Restriction Policy and associated matters
Supporting system-related HR functions and ensuring timely updates and accuracy
Assisting in the coordination and administration of training courses for the department

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, data tracking)
Good coordination and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience in HR administrative work is advantageous
Able to work independently and as part of a team
