Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the reception area to look neat, professional, and clean throughout the day
  • Facilitate issuance of visitor pass & maintain guestbook for visitors/vendors.
  • Notify company personnel on visitors arrival.
  • Ensure telephone is answered promptly and in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Transfer to appropriate point of contact on site in a timely fashion.
  • Receive, record and handle distribution of incoming mails and parcels.
  • Arrange for courier dispatch and verify courier bills.
  • Inventory control of general office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Min GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Levels
  • Candidates with receptionist/concierge experience will have an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately till May 2024
Working Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3,000
