The Opportunity

• Receptionist for one of Singapore\'s Reputable Company
• Fun and energetic environment
• 4 months commitment - Can start ASAP
• Salary: $2500~$2700

The Requirement:

• Outspoken and Cheerful
• Computer literate
• At least some relevant experience as receptionist

:

• Manage incoming and outgoing international courier and provide support and supervision to employees with the packing of their shipments
• Arrange office access for internal and external visitors through By The Bay
• Manage By The Bay profile creation and deletion
• Liaise with employees and building management on season parking matters
• Monitor and manage stationery inventory and reordering of supplies
• Ensure external guests are professionally received and directed as required
• Update seating plan
• Support day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe and welcoming office environment for all
• Liaise with external vendors and coordinate office maintenance servicing for AC, lights, office doors and power and utilities
• Coordinate and support office events and arrangements such as travel logistics and restaurant/venue booking and liaison
• Manage media subscription (magazines/online news etc)
• Support office events and arrangements such as refreshments, travel logistics, restaurant/venue booking and posters
• Coordinate with HR to arrange bereavement wreaths, baby hampers and welcome packs for new hires
• Check and submit invoices for processing
