Job Title: Temp Research AssistantJob Location: Fusionopolis Way, SingaporeJob Type: Contract - 6 MonthsWorking Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PMJob Responsibilities
Assistance in Research engagement and output management
Review and edit high volume of submissions to Institutional Open Access Repository and research publications based on relevance, compliance and integrity
Assist in tracking and managing e-journals subscriptions, access and data analytics
Support and coordinate in activities for the research office e.g. scientific conference, events management, programme development and marketing, and various engagements
Assist in procurement matters
Perform other duties and administrative functions as assigned by Reporting Officer.Job RequirementsDiploma with 1- 2 years of relevant experience may apply
Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and motivated self-starter who is willing to learn and is comfortable to work in teams
Good interpersonal, communication, writing, organizational and time-management skills
Experience in scientific publications and events planning is advantageous
Fresh graduates will be considered.
