Job Scope:
- Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers
- Promote and recommend suitable products for customer\'s needs
- Engage with customers and handle customer\'s refund, feedback and complaints.
- Keep up to date with special promotions and assist in display for the event.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE "N/O/A" Levels/ NITEC/ Diploma
- Able to work retail hours and shifts - any 5 days/week inclusive of weekends
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with desire to provide good customer service.
