RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support to ensure a smooth operation of school shop on campus and online shop.
- Provide high quality and dedicated services to parents, visitors and staffs.
- Support inventory control, carry out daily reconciliation of sales reports vs actual receipts.
- Assist in procurement/school shop related pipeline projects, SOPs, and policies, such as Procurement Policy, E procurement, tender process and change of system, software, and hardware, etc.
- General administration/ operation of campus school shop and online school shop.
