Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: Identify and engage stakeholders, organisations and parent communities who believe in the Active Parents movement and Nurture Kids Programme / Early Childhood initiatives and amplify our efforts through programmes, events and communications campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the programme / event design with respective partners, incorporating relevant design principles to achieve a win-win outcome \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the overall programme development and operations and ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage Active Parents and Nurture Kids\' programme/early childhood initiatives and amplify efforts through outreach initiatives e.g. Engagement sessions, roadshows, communications campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support integrated marketing communications including online and offline branding, publicity and outreach efforts and overall execution of Nurture Kids and preschool initiatives and Active Parents movement.What we are looking for:Requirements: As part of the Strategic Planning & Programme Integration Division in the Sport Development Group, this role will be responsible for leading the programme development with like-minded partners and support outreach initiatives to increase opportunities for children, youth and parents to participate in sport. This role is also responsible for leading digital content production, marketing communications as well as digital asset management and operations for our B2B and B2C stakeholders/target audience i.e., parents, preschools, educators etc. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary Education in Arts and Social Sciences / Communications / Marketing or Relevant Fields \xe2\x80\xa2 2 - 3 years\' experience in the following domains: \xe2\x80\xa2 Event or project management, preferably in sport related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Programme design, outreach initiatives and managing strategic partnerships \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with internal/external stakeholders to deliver programmes and initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital content planning and creation, copywriting/editing and similar roles (portfolio would be requested) \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital content publication, CMS management, marketing campaigns, promotion and audience engagement on website and social media e.g., SEO optimisation, paid ads \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrated marketing campaigns and efforts with online and offline deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in event/programme planning, development, and execution; and working with children/parents/educators would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command of English, written and spoken for public communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in visual communications principles, able to create effective communications materials independently. Proficiency in artwork/infographic design/video editing for socials - Photoshop, Canva, etc would be advantageous.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
