Headquartered in Singapore, CapitaLands portfolio focuses on real estate investment management and real estate development, and spans across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries.You will support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum levelAssist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the mallAssist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mallLiaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mallManage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely mannerLead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operationsPart of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.Requirements:Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)Graduates with relevant educational background but no prior relevant experience are welcome to applyExhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAble to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problemsGood communication skillsWilling to work beyond standard operating hours, when requiredWilling to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)Benefits
