Responsibilities:





To support the practicum team in the following tasks:


Keying in of applications and maintain accurate records in database Follow up with applicants and relevant parties on outstanding documents Scan, upload and organize digital copies of physical documents Shred and dispose of physical records, following data security guidelines Other general administrative duties



Requirements:




Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Meticulous, organized, good communication skills. * Some working/internship experience preferred
