Support the implementation of training programmes (e.g., manage programme registrations and queries, catering and logistical arrangements, billing matters, create and compile programme evaluations)
Provide support and assistance to various stakeholders and partners (e.g., associate trainers, speakers, participants, etc) to ensure smooth implementation of programmes.
Support Institute\'s business operations and process improvement projects to enhance the department\'s work productivity and efficiency
Support the team in any ad-hoc work assignments (e.g., note-taking, tech support for programmes and admin duties, etc).
Job Requirements
Relevant working experience in business operations, programme administration, project coordination and process improvement will be an added advantage
Good project management, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Padlet, etc)
