Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events of the college.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for full spectrum of course administration and logistic duties including:
o Booking of training room
o Preparing of training material
o Publicity of course information
o Registration of participants
o Updating of Training Administration System
o Setting up and clearing of classes
o Compiling of course evaluation
o Coordinating travel arrangement
o Managing suppliers and vendors
o Procure items related to programmes/events.
o Timely invoicing to customers
o Timely payments to trainers and suppliers
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor course take-ups, revenue and expenses of programmes
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for keeping accurate and proper records.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events.
\xef\x82\xb7 Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Meet college and team KPIs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide timely publicity of course information, issuing of course placement letters, billing of participants and payment to trainers and vendors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with other support units like Finance, AV, Admin and Estate and Customer Service to create a conducive learning environment for the participants.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage database system for college alumni.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Team Leader to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Institute Development Officer to ensure programme support is timely and
in accordance with Institute\'s requirements.
