This advertisement is for the recruitment of potential candidates for the position of Teacher Assistant (4 months). If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE school located in Marymount Road.
Contract Period: 1 September 2022 to 31 December 2022.
Working Hours and Location:
- Mondays, Wednesdays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Tuesdays: 7.00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Location : Marymount Road
- Reception including sorting of hardcopy mail and filing
- Sick Bay duties
- Inventory - Pantry
- Assist with Teaching & Learning Resources
- Canteen duties and porch duties
- Dismissal duties
- Update of notification file (hardcopy) and notice board
- Covering of CCAs during school holidays
- Packing of special rooms during school holidays
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
- The contract staff should at least 3 GCE ‘O’ level Passes; or Nitec in Service Skills (Office)/Nitec in Office Skills/Certificate in Office Skills or equivalent.
- Having the relevant experience
- Certificate in Standard First Aid will be an added advantage.
