Administer courses and examinations, including scheduling, publishing course information, managing enrolment, handling enquiries, and sending course confirmation emails.
Perform examination duties such as invigilation and coordination.
Process and verify examination results accurately.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems enhancements and updates.
Provide logistical and operational support, including classroom set-up, trainer assistance, and refreshment coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
