Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Part Timer to join our team for 2 months. This is an exciting offer and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, learn about business operations, and develop key skills in managing daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, proactive, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and archiving installation documentation for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
  • Coordinating the preparation and printing of installation materials for field deployment.
  • Managing and processing customer orders received through the EPOS online store and other sales channels.
  • Generating quotations and invoices in support of the sales team's client engagements.
  • Maintaining and updating internal records and tracking logs to ensure data accuracy and workflow continuity.
Requirements
  • Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace tools to support productivity and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and effective time management.
  • Exhibits a proactive mindset with a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high performance under deadline-driven conditions.
