Job Level & Monthly Rate:

  • Senior/Executive: $13.64/hour (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)
$12.53/hour (N level, O level, A level, Nitec, Higher Nitec with 8-14 years of work experience.
Work Schedule:
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • 1-hour lunch break
Job Scope / Purpose of Request:
  • Draft weekly HR matters announcements, update OCP Staff Directory, and maintain tracking lists regularly.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Process invoices and raise POs in GeBIZ.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing in-house workshops (e.g., sending invites, collating attendance and registrations, booking rooms, arranging catering, and logistics setup).
  • Update L&D databases, e.g., STIP and Gig participation.
  • Provide any other administrative support duties as assigned, e.g., preparation of AOR and refreshments for CHR engagement sessions.
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably a diploma holder with experience in administrative work, database administration, and IT skills.
